We are aware of the recent downtime on our UK Web 1 node. Our system picked up 2 issues at:
- 27th October 2019 (31 Minute Downtime)
- 29th October 2019 (11 Minute Downtime)
Both incidents were not planned and we are investigating what caused them. At this moment in time we are not expecting any further downtime.
Both events were covered by our SLA (Service Level Agreement) Policy.
